I hope to provide a safe and open space for you to come as you are and be met with acceptance and freedom.
MY GOAL for you is to allow you to get to KNOW YOURSELF with vulnerability and acceptance.
Therapy is a relationship. It is important that the space allows for authenticity and openness. I invite you to hold both light and dark, without judgement and without needing you to be anything other than yourself.
MY GOAL for you is to allow you to get to KNOW YOURSELF with vulnerability and acceptance.
I am a Licensed Masters Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) with a focus on treatment of individuals. My approach to treatment uses training, education, and personal knowledge and experience.
I do not see individuals as “broken” or individuals that need to be “fixed.” Rather, I notice individuals holding themselves back from being the best version of themselves. Together, we can address thought processes, behaviors, and beliefs that may be holding you back.
My goal is for a newfound understanding within yourself. Let's strip down to what might feel uncomfortable, in order to create new pathways and transformations within your own life.
I welcome and support LBGTQIA+ and folks from all walks of life.
My work consists of many different therapy approaches and most of them show up in my sessions with clients. Some of them include internal family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths based, person-centered approach, and somatic experiencing.
I am currently undergoing a 3 year training with the Somatic Experiencing International (SEI) to provide body oriented trauma healing to individuals. Somatic Experiencing (SE), developed by Peter Levine is a body-oriented modality that aims to to resolve symptoms of shock, stress, and trauma that accumulate in our body. Bringing elements of SE into the therapy office, I hope to help you release trauma and become your more resilient self.

Leaning into the process of self-discovery can feel very foreign, vulnerable, and even overwhelming. I want you to know that I understand this and hold space for wherever you are as you start the work of therapy.
